.Stainless steel ballon style whip is ideal for mixing eggs ,sauces,and toppings.Also a good assistant for icing, sugar mixture and melted chocolate fresh cream.I love to make my grandma's buttercream frosting and this set is perfect. I've tried to use electric mixers before but I have trouble with them over mixing the dough or frosting making it tough or runny .I love this set and are heavy duty to last .They fit excellent and comfortable in my hand and are easy to grip . Set of 3 amazing whisks . I received this complementary for my unbiased review.
